Trapped Gastric
Hi, how long the gastric problem will last? I was having pain since 4 days around the right chest. It's like moving the pain here and there, sometimes on exact right chest, sometimes on ribs, back, upper abdominal like that. But it's a mild and tolerable pain only. I thought it will go away in 1 or 2 days.but still continues. If I do yoga or some stretching I'm feeling better.one of my friend who is a doctor said it's a gastric problem and to rake PAN D. but I didn't take. Please suggest is it a gastric problem or something else...

If yoga and straching help you it is not gastric problem. I need more information regarding character, duration of pain? Relation to meal. Take PAN D & continue for 10 days , if got refief then continue for more time. Continue yoga and streaching.
