I' ve been having red itchy rashes on inner thighs and feeling discomfort while walking and feels itchy too much

I started my period a few days ago, I ran out of pads and started using tampons and I noticed that I'm having discomfort and pain when inserting, the hourly use, and the removal of the tampon. When I say insertion I mean putting the applicator in, it seems like there is something blocking it from going all the way inside which causes even more discomfort. There is also a sharp pain in my lower abdomen resulting from this discomfort. The pain occurs when I'm walking, sitting, or laying down. It seems as though my labia is also swelling slightly and a bit raw/irritated from the discomfort. I would wear pads but I currently don't have the money (I am a college student on my own) to go out and buy more until further notice. What should I do?

Hi, around 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Epididymitis. That got treated within a week, at least I thought so. But even after a few days I kept feeling mild pain and discomfort in my left testicle veins. I went for the ultrasound and things were normal. But that mild pain and discomfort never went away. After working out it increases. Taking rest and keeping a pillow under the pelvic area while laying down gives relief. During the pain I feel nauseous and the left side of scrotum enlarges. I feel discomfort in my left leg and abdominal area during the pain. It goes away after taking rest but it feels like something is pinning to my left testicle where the veins are joined. This continuous pain and discomfort (it keeps happening often) does not let me focus on my work. It seems that some bacteria remain dormant during the treatment and now causing the problem.
