Ulcers on the penis
There are some ulcers from a couple of days on the inside of the penis shaft below the glans. Some puss is coming out from there and it pains while washing or touching.
There is no pain, itching or any discomfort while peeing.
Can you please help me with this.

You can start by applying t-bact ointment over it twice a day.
Tab. Lyser-D twice a day after food for 3 days.
Get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
