Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

MY ESR TEST is 18 and im having back pain at center ,when I sleep it doesn't let me sleep some kind of discomfort and in morning I am having back pain while waking up. I can do all types of works no effect  but when I lie down on bed somè kind of discomfort.

On Friday I found my right testicle was enlarged and I was in discomfort and also had mild pain on touching...  Now the size is normalising but it's still noticeably larger but no pain now though I am exoeriencing slight discomfort because of its enlargement.... No other problem has been experienced in 2days, Do I need to consult a doc???

I Pass tool every two or third day. Feel like puking most of the time, especially after eating, discomfort at the bowels and stomach after passing tool. Feel like food is coming upwards to the throat. Should I consult a doctor? The puking feeling is there almost all the time. It's very discomforting some times.
