I got glasses 2 years ago for long distance only, I went back last year for an eye test and was told I have thining of the nerve in my right eye. I was also told that my eyes had progressed 4 stages worse within a year. I now have permanent glasses. I've noticed now when I put my glasses on at first it feels like my eyes dont focus, like they move around and they are sore. I've felt this when I first got them. I am hesitating to use them now as my eyes have a weird feeling when I put them on.

Yesterday I helped my parents clean our their barn due to a rodent infestation and I wasn't wearing a mask. I was coughing a lot while cleaning as well as after and was just thinking it was the dust at the moment. Am I needing to take action to try and further prevent any disease that the rodents may have been carrying?

I’m abroad and experiencing some gastrointestinal issues. I’ve had acid reflux, heartburn, stomach sensitivity, the feeling of a knot in my throat, sore throat, and nausea for the past three weeks. I was taking Zantac and it wasn’t helping, so I went to consult a doctor who gave me Nexium. I began taking it but it seemed to make my symptoms worse. I went to a different doctor who prescribed Valium and Buscopan to take with Nexium. Is this safe? Can I take them all? What side effects can occur?

I've been having differnt smell on penis and dicharge of some fluid from last 3 weeks like never before

Hello Dr, I've been having severe headache and body pain since today morning. Also felt very much cold at start. I had a painkiller and citrizine but no relief till now.

Upper abdominal tightness feeling,vague pain,acidity,nausea vomiting,uncomfortable feel to sit or lying,pain spread to back,bowel not clear for two days,felling burping or flatus pass may give comfort but can not be. Usually appear in evening or night.The problem started from last Saturday.

3 weeks back had an intercourse which resulted in infection due to use of lotion. Symptoms were vaginal irritation while urination and continuous  excruciating pain in vagina. Consulted a doctor who prescribed doxycycline for 2 wks, tab metro 1wk and tab texakind mf for 3 days. After medication condition was cured. Menstrual cycle started and was going fyn until it's 4th day I started feeling pain while I having to control urination. The pain is intolerable and urge cannot be controlled. Please advice. Only time I feel pain in my vagina is when I have to pee and it results in an urgency. Rest is alright. What should i do? Thank you

Hello, I am a 20 year old female with no prior health problems. For the last 2/3 years, when I pee, I mostly feel like I haven't emptied my bladder fully and have to move around, stand up and push the rest of the urine out. When I go to bed, I lie down and immediately feel like peeing, can't fall asleep due to this, have to get up 3/4 times to the bathroom before I feel empty enough so I can ignore the feeling (it doesn't go away) and fall asleep. Throughout the day I urinate at 2h intervals.

I have recently recovered from inverse psoriasis on the buttocks & testicular region. However, since the last week i have noticed a dark reddish patch on each thigh where the testicles touch the skin. No itching but very strange appearance. Also, at night my testicle pouch itches. I am currently on homeopathy so cannot use any creams or medicine. Just want to know the significance of these symptoms. I make sure i keep the area clean and dry.

I received deep and rough anal sex, about a week ago, that same night when I went to sleep I noticed a sudden sharp pain in my left testicle that eased in 25 minutes.
