Im having constant urge to pee and it is very uncomfortable as if my pee senses are hyperactive, and im peeing just a little every 10 seconds, can not sleep or do anything else. What is the concern, who should i refer to?

My dad done eye surgery by government camp. He had vision problem. So he did eye surgery for vision. That  is hand surgery not a laser. It's been 3 month.  Doctor said , he have stitch knot in eye and  have sore in upper eye. Still now he using eye drops . But that knot fall down. Please suggest what to do now? He feeling sooo disturb. He can't able to be normal. He getting some irritation without eye glass . He always using coolers. And his vision is good. But that knot is still on the eye.

I am suffering from frequent lower abdominal pain which comes usually after I eat anything. There is an urge to pass stool again and again and feeling of bowels not getting empty even after multiple stool passing. Stool is also soft. This is happening since 3-4 months now.

Hi doctor, I'm facing issues with anal dryness/itching  with a bit of swelling on the lower circle of the anus. There are no other symptoms no bleeding and no lump. Is it piles or anal fissure or something else !? It's 3rd day now. Pls help Can I cure it with home remedies?

A month ago I started getting chest pain and palpitations I immediately got an ECG done. It was normal it only mentioned Sinus Tachecardia with heart rate of 114bpm I consulted with a cardiologist and he suggested 2D echo and some blood tests. He said everything was normal it was just anxiety. Few days later I started feeling better and normal. Last week I again started getting the same symptoms along with sweating. I am pretty confused if it is anxiety or is it something serious I am 20yr old with no bad habits like drinking or smoking and I have a good diet and exercise daily.

My father passed away last week on Thursday. From Friday, I had loose motions and vomiting. Took norflox one time for one day and it got cured. But even after that, m having acidity issues. stomach feels full. As the situation here is also a lot stressful, even though I'm eating sleeping properly, still facing digestive issues Also from two days, the colour of my stool also seems light..sort of yellow colour

Since past 3 years I suffer from symptoms that are found in angina.chest pressure, left arm pain (sometimes independent of chest pain). No sweating or dizziness. Just standing for two minutes or walking around my home can you give me pressure. If I eat a heavy meal my heart rate increases and same pressure. Problem sometimes occur at rest with no trigger. Seen by 4 cardio in 2 years- ecg, echo, stress echo, lipids, sugar- all perfect. They think it's from stomach n give antacids but no relief still. Stomach ultrasound normal. my family doc says that's it's a psychosomatic pain n difficult to cure. Any second opinion plz? No idea what to do

Hello sir/ma'am I'm having chest pains like tightening heavyness sometimes burning sensation in left chest and middle part feels like scratching and it pain while i move that part I've done 2D echo in January 2023 and renal droppler in may 2023 and 3 ecg 2 months ago and HbA1c a week ago, all reports are normal and sometimes my legs and both arms pains and headaches. I'm very much scared about chest pain think about it 24/7. Please tell me about it.
