I've had this problem for over 10 years, and have not gotten a good answer that solved it. I'm 33, male, 6 feet tall, 150lbs, skinny build. I have no known allergies and take no meds. My right leg hurts all the time for about the last 10 years. My knee and calf are always cracking and popping several times a day. Hi I was involved with an unhealthy habit of Excessive masturbation. From past couple of months I am getting mind pain in groin area, inner thigh and in Testicles. I also did a ultrasound for my scrotum but the report was normal. I also have pain sometimes between the anus and scrotum and sometimes in shaft of penis. But mostly in groin area. 2 days ago I felt nauseated suddenly. It subsided a bit but I spiked a low grade fever... bp was 86/43.. felt dizzy and uncomfortable.. yesterday I had a fever, nauseated and unbelievably tired. Pain in my left shoulder down to the elbow, middle of my back and chest / abdominal area. Today, chest pain just a little left to the center of my chest. My left arm and my back.
