Hi , 2 weeks back while doing exercise my father got strain in his right side lower ribs. It was very painful on that day but after few days pain is reduced and by sleeping on one side now other side ribs and back is paining. He tried to sleep straight but still he is getting pain in ribs he is not able to sleep straight for more than 15-20 mins. Kindly guide us.

My left rib is paining a lot from morning...i am breathing and there is a pich of pain certainly. I think its because of Gas problem. But i had my brkfst dinner on time went to washroom 3 times but still i am suffering from this pain. Having persistent cough for about two weeks for which I am taking ayurvedic medication prescribed by family doctor. But since two days gave been experiencing acute pain under my right middle ribs.
