I had a sore rib a few months back just under my right arm it was painful but I could deal with it and rest and it got better but last night I pulled my arm on something and now the pain is back twice as bad I fell a lump on my rib bone where the pain is it is slightly tough to breathe and I can hardly move what do you think I should do because I've heard they can't do a lot with ribs aqua don't want to waist anyone's time

Since 16 years, i am affected from anxiety and discomfort. Please advice me, how I can free from this problem

I have had intense itching and discomfort of my vagina region for the last three days.

I've been getting some rib pain on the bottom ribs of my right side. It happens during some movements like I was trying to get out of the car and it started happening. It feels like it's poking me on the insides and dislocating and it's a quick sharp. Pain that goes away when I feel like it pooped back in to place. It's happening more and at first I thought it was nothing but it keeps on happening.

I got my normal blood test report where my cholesterol was high (211), ldl (153), hdl (36) and vitamin d was less than 10.5 (75-110 normal) and B12 was 320. I was given 60k capsules weekly after 3rd week i again started getting dizziness and discomfort on right side of abdomen. My liver and kidney panel was perfectly alright just ALT was 71 (30-65 normal). My motions are fine but i have bloating most of the time and my abdomen is tight like a tyre which is very uncomfortable. I was very worried but my physician told me my liver and kidney are fine it may be just gas and he just asked me to continue the vit d tablets and antacid in morning. What can i do please help? I'm kind of worried. Can i take magnesium supplements too as i researched on internet vit d requires magnesium too. My right knee gas lot of pain while coming down the stairs and also muscle cramps. But the major issue is lower abdomen bloating and dull pain below lower ribs on right side.
