Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

My father vaccinated 0n 16th april during Navdurga Fasting and since next day fever is persisting. Paracetamol 500mg, vit-c, Multivitamins are being given to him since that day. On 24th april he felt excessive discomfort - congestion in chest, mild fever, unable to eat food. After compelling he took little amount of fruits and a Chapati. Than we took him to doctor, he didn't see him but gave a telecall prescription. He was advised Azithromycin 500, Vit C, Multivitamins, Montelukast Fexofinadine, Sinocold, Syrup Tusp- Br. Blood Test reports are attached. CRP (Quantitative) is 15.4. Today doctor prescribed one for medicine- Delocin 100. SPO2 level is 93 to 95 since 4 days. Before that we had never checked. Please suggest should I continue with same treatment.

Dear Doctor . I'm 25 years old. I am getting Cloudy and choclky(white chick piece powder like ) Some time some mucus is present. Some times white sediment will be settled. And always some white particles and thread like particles float in my urine I am really worried Few months back I had UTI and I took medications and after I occasionally get pains between my thigh , and some nights in wetdream I get pain at the root of my genital and in my anus . This is very hard to tolerate . please find the photos attached. no difficulty in passing  urine and I feel sometime discomfort to pass .no fouling smell or any as such . Some times I feel pain in my rectal region when I have pain  and some time  . I feel  more pain in my root of genital and between thighs and in my anus during wetdream. rplease doctor help me I don't know whom to approach and having anxiety and worrying about my health . Due to pandamic I am able to reach out any doctor in town ... Kindly help me and educate me on this ..

Hi I have been suffering from upper back just back of breast till neck area and too much at the left side since 6 months .I will have this pain so much in the morning and also when iam sitting or doing work when I lay on bed I don't find that much pain.sometimes I am having pain in my left breast the pain coming and going. From few days iam feeling pain and discomfort if I shout Is it related something to heart? In Aug I did hrct to rule out covid I was not having covid but it showed bilateral minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology I did nt pro bnp which is normal Cbp crp lipid vit b12 thyroid serum creatinine serum uric acid serum aec lft all are normal Except vit d3 which is 15 and iam on the supplement since January. Is it related to heart or what?I did eeg also which also is normal Plz help me out thank you .f27

My son (2 years 5 months) started loose green stool 5 days back (11 mar evening). We were on vacation (del to shimla). Just after loose motion he got high fever with pain in eyes. We gave paracetamol and cold towel compress . Next morning went to Paediatrician (12 March). Temp was 103. He gave ondem syrup, enterogermina, calpol syrup and ors solution for 3 days and advised watch for redness in stool. Fever has gone now but body feels warm sometime in night. I am giving 1 enterogermina daily for 5 days now. My baby is playfull and doesn't show any sign of discomfort. But whenever he eats he feels like something is going down in his stomach and after some time he poops green mucus stool which is very smelly sometimes. Urine is clear white. Please  advise how to stop green stool. Right now only entergermina and ors is being given and no anti biotics. Is it something to worry or is a common thing???

I was feeling little discomfort in stomachwhen I woke up today. I passed motion 4 times in 3 hours in the morning. No motions after that but I experienced severe stomach pain, felt like vomiting but didn't vomit. Felt severe pain  stomach, umcomfortable in chest area, felt cold and had shivering. Too much yawning was there but couldn't sleep because of the pain. Couldn't turn to any side as I felt more pain when turned towards one side. I didn't sleep for last two days because of other reasons. Somehow, I slept after 3 hrs of suffering. Once I got up, pain reduced but still there is l mild pain in right side of the stomach. When it  happened couple of times earlier like this, this mild pain persisted for 2-3 days, more prominent while wearing pants or when I lifted leg up to do yoga. The pain was worse this time, and thoght I might fall down because of giddiness. So, I booked a consultation thinking not to ignore it. Hoping to get correct diagnosis and prescription of medicines.Thanks!

I have been suffering from ac joint separation in my left shoulder for the past 3 months I've tried resting the shoulder many times yet there's no change There's no pain or discomfort although my range of shoulder motion is affected slightly, Visual Symptoms - a slight bump on the shoulder joint indicating the separation. I remember 1st locating this due to my improper bed rest positions during night.  I am unable to do pull ups, I am unable to perform proper shoulder raise workouts - left arm only I am.feeling a knuckle sound when I'm benching and performing chest and shoulder workouts Is there an appropriate home solution for this?, other than ice packs(since I have no swelling or pain) Quick responses would be highly appreciated :) Thank you

My spouse suffering for heavy bloating and sever stomach pain. We went to corporate hospital and done most of investigation like CT Scan(cheat, Abdominal and pelvis) x-ray, endoscopy and few pathology investigation. In endoscopy doctor identified few ulcer and based on endoscopy they had started antibiotics and pain medication.After completion of course her condition went worst like increase in bloating and stomach ace and no hunger so on..We changed our doctor after 3werks as things are not going smooth..After consulting other doctor she is complaining discomfort and doctor don't have clue to treat her.. Based on last doctor we meet other gastroenterology doctor who suspecting IBS and starter medication.. When ever any medication starts she complaints sever pain and bloating (Double the amount what she had).plz suggest. Medicine: Colonaspa Veloz L Rixmin

From 7 months continue pain in throat gland towards down side mostly on right side sometimes on left side, feels cheeks inside sweeling n mild pain ,teeth right side mild pain ,ear mild pain when throat pain is severe,having chest middle slight discomfort sometimes stomach pain up down left n right consulted many doctor but no results but still pain is there in throat n cheek no lumps in throat chewing tobacco from 6 years have taken 5 courses of antibiotics n many medicine but no relief plz help Attached ct scan report Chest x ray normal Soft tissue of throat normal Urea , creatinine normal Ear report normal Blood test normal

I am breaking down into the points :- 1. My right eye feels somewhat weird. There is uncomfortable sensation / mild pain within the eye or maybe can say behind the cornea it feels. 2. Recently I had an eye exam and it was normal. Eye pressure was normal too (16). But there is a refractive error of -0.5 cylindrical in the right eye. I was also given comfortz eye drop for evaporative problem. 3. Whenever I wake up in the morning , there is dilation of blood vessels visible in my right eye. Those red veins like structures become prominent and red. What do you think is the reason behind the discomfort of my eye? 4. I also suffer from post nasal drip associated with allergic rhinitis for which I take modern antihistamines like Cetirizine and montair LC (montelukast+levocetirizine). Do you think that nasal congestion or inflammation of nasal membrane has to do anything with it OR if these meds cause dry eye which is causing symptom. But why only right eye??? Left eye feels completely fine.

Hi, I have been experiencing a bitter and abnormal taste on my tongue for past two months .But when I eat something sweet,salt or spice I can taste the foods items as they are. I feel burning sensation post urination which lasts for around 15 to 30 seconds. And urine appears to be a bit foamy . I am also experiencing upper abdominal discomfort which shows up early morning in between 4 to 6 Am.It settles down as the day goes on. I have not been able to sleep properly for past 5 months .usually wake up inbetween 2 to 4 in the morning.Its difficult to fall asleep after that. Since past 5 days I am experiencing stiffness in my lower legs and fatigue overall,Frontal headache which is not going away.And developed symptoms of mild nausea n dizziness. Note: Non Alcoholic and non smoker. Diet is mostly high protein and more of fruits n veggies. Thanks, Vishnu
