I have too much pain in the upper abdomen radiating towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver. I do have reoccurrence of hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient completed my sleeve gastrectomy in the year 2020. Bcoz of the GERD complexity I have got ineffective esophageal motility also in manometry. Doctor suggested me for a roux en y gastric bypass as options are limited for me with a long term PPI use which is presently not functioning on me. But suddenly from past two weeks I have severe stomach pain radiating towards the back and getting sticky stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG whole abdomen and they found infiltration of Pancreas where they couldn't see the tail as it was obscured by bowel gas. Please suggest as stomach is in bad pain which is getting difficult to manage.

I have cervical spine bulge at C4, C5, C6. C4 being the most significant one. Ive seen a spine doc and following conservative treatment since 3 days. Attached my MRI also. Im having anal dryness, cracked feeling skin, light itching and a poking feeling near anus since 2 months. Inserting picture. I can notice 2 small bumps also near anus. It does not pain. The itching is mild but its creating discomfort and a poking feeling. No pain and no blood. Im having mild bacterial vaginitis also from same 2 months but that is settling now. The BV has almost cured. I have taken antifungal and antibiotic medicine for the vaginitis. But my anal issue is still existing. Does vaginal infections cause anal issues? Taking arip mt 5 mg, olet plus 5mg( new medicine added for overthinking recently 15 days ago), Esta plus, Trennil 2 mg, Miramax for post psychotic depression for about 2.5 months. Now weight gain in the belly and waist area which is very distressed. my mother is no longer able to eat rice or non-vegetarian food during lunch and dinner. She says she has no appetite. When she tries to eat, she feels discomfort and says things like, "I'm going to die," "I can't eat," and "I don't feel like eating." She says her body feels very weak. Is this normal? Hello doctor, I have been experiencing recurring ear problems for the past 1.5 years. The symptoms usually improve after treatment, but they keep coming back after a few weeks or months. I suffer from recurrent acute otitis media, which causes severe ear pain and high fever during episodes. Every time I take antibiotics or prescribed medicines, it heals for a while, but the infection returns again. Along with this, I have chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD), which leads to constant pressure and fullness in both ears. My ears feel blocked most of the time, and there is frequent popping and discomfort. Sir Actually i had suffered health anxiety around 6 weeks back. I have consulted psychiatrist for that, he suggested me nexito 5mg and cloam 0.5mg I used it for 15 days and felt fine. So have consulted psychiatrist again and informed him about my condition of being fine. first he said to continue medication, but on my request he said if u feel fine then stop medication else use them. I stopped medication for 22 days, then after that i had nerve pulling issue behind my neck and anxiety health issue thoughts were repeating again. So i started medication. Even from before, i am socially fine with every one, fine with family and friends, even professionally fine. Doing my job with some sort of discomfort(traveling & getting tired)but still i am able to do it. I only have some sort of fear of certain situations. I am using pramper forte(escitlopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.5mg) feel fine. How long dose it take to be fine. Please guide me in this.

Hello Doctor, Since last 1 month, i am having mild burning pain while urination and after urination also. Also slight pain and discomfort in urethra. Also it feels like bladder is not emptying fully after urination and also always feels like urination but small amount of urination happens. After urination, 2 to 3 drops urine dribble out once i seat on my chair immediately. I have done reports like Routine urine, Urine culture, Diabetes, Chlamydia IG, Gonorea , HIV, VDRL, KFT, LFT test, and CBC. All reports are normal. No UTI or no STI as per my Doctor. Normal KUB USG. My doctor has given me Cefpodoxime Proxetil (200mg) + Clavulanic Acid (125mg) for 10 days. Slight improvement but after finishing if the medication, pain comes again. I am in too much stress and tension since last 1 month. Request to help and advise please sir.
