Suffering from IBS since 3 years. On Ayurvedic Medicines since 3 months for IBS. Symptoms have lessened but still occur frequently with stomach cramp and discomfort, mucous in stool, increased bowel frequency. Taking a lot of Ayurvedic Medicines. Wish to take homeopathic medicines along with Ayurvedic Medicines and gradually switch to Homeopathy completely. Bitter taste in mouth in the morning since 2 months. Also having throat irritation, occasionally burning in throat ,tightness and lump feeling inside throat due to silent reflux (GERD/LPR). LPR also since 4 years.

Hello doctor, For the past month, I have been feeling a wierd sensation in my left lung. It is not a sharp pain, but it causes discomfort and I can't stop thinking about it. I  have never smoked tobacco but I have been smoking cannabis for about 6 months, 3-4 times a week to help with my anxiety. The pain comes and goes, but for most of the day I don't feel the pain. But once I start thinking about it, it doesn't seem to go. I initially thought it was a breathing problem related to anxiety but I can distinctly feel that it is from left lung and my right lung feels totally fine.I do not face any problems breathing nor am I experiencing any other symptoms to my knowledge. I have also stopped smoking for about 2 weeks but the pain has not gone away. Please help me, this is making me very anxious to go to the hospital because I do not want my parents to know about this. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

I have been experiencing heavy and irregular menstruation for the past 1-2 years. After consulting my doctor, I was prescribed a contraceptive called Chelsea 35 ED (2mg cyproterone acetate + 35mcg ethynyloestradiol) to help ease the discomfort. I was also told that this would help with any other hormonal issues, as I also had a slightly high level of a male hormone. So the doctor believed this pill to be a fix-all. It has now been almost two months of continuous use of the pill and I am experiencing spotting after my period ends. This is both in the week after my period, and then again 10 days after the period has ended. I have been getting a dark discharge that resembles menstrual blood. I am worried about the continuous discharge, as well as whether the medication can have other adverse effects that I do not yet know of. Thank You for your help.

I am feeling some discomfort on the left side of my stomach for past 15 days. Initially I was having continuous burps and small portion above naval on left side pains. I visited the doctor he gave medicines and said it's gas. But even after having medicine there was no relief so doctor ask me do sonography of abdomen and pelvis which was completely normal. I again visited other doctor even he said it's gas problem and gave some medicines. Right now the frequency of burps have reduced but on the left side above naval I am feeling that there is something which is pulling my muscles. I did CBC, thyroid, creatine test which is normal. I am not sure what is affecting my stomach. Request you to advice me that will give me 100% relief. I do not have any issues in toilet and urine it's just the stomach pain on the left side which is bothering me.

Hello Doctors Iam having tight round ring type formation on my Penis Foreskin from last many years.its not Phimosis. i can easly pull back the foreskin when it is flaccid and even when it gets erect i can pull back but with little discomfort. i have shown it to one sexologist he says its penile contricting ring. i really dont want to go for surgery ( circumcision) so please some one guide me how to treat this without circumcision. Actually iam not having any problem with this just little bit concern about after marriage while doing Sex it could be hurt. Iam attaching some of the pics for your reference. I have been experiencing anxiety problems following the death of my dad recently and my bp showed at 180/120 on 29th March. Since then am on medication of Aten 50 and 25 MG morning and evening but for the period the bp was hovering between 160 and 140 and again shot up to 170 on 18th April. I changed the doctor and he advised met xl am 25 and amlong 5 for morning and evening but on the fourth day I experienced discomfort and had little bleeding from my nose. I stopped medication. What do I do?

Hi Doctors, I feel like contionus urge to burp after eating and swallowing my saliva for that and feel like food is not settling in my stomach, also I feel like excess saliva and it's thick. If I stop the burp, my head feels bit confused and mild discomfort in the head. I have no pain in my stomach, no heart burns. Had stomach infection a month back which got treated. I have vitamin B12 deficiency post taking too many antacids (91) for which I've been taking shots and regular supplements. I don't eat spicy, oily food. Bit constipation in the morning. Is it due to anxiety or something else? Please suggest.

We observed slight swelling at neck near tyroid.thereis no pain and no discomfort what so ever. we did neck ultrasound for my mother and reports says "enlarged right lobe with large thin walled cystic lesson of size 2.1x2.9x1.8 cm volume 5.8 cc, lesson have dense internal echoes and echogenic debri 1.5x2.7cm within. No demonstrable vascularity noted within the lesson.---likely to represent benign lesson, probably colloid cyst".Adviced for FNAC. Should we go for FNAC test for further analysis or should we take some time and see is that swelling goes off by itself? please suggest. Thanks

I have a small hard lump that causes sharp pain at times on the right side of my lower abdomen, it’s causing me discomfort and worry. It is quite painful at times, not unbearable, but enough to cause worry. It does not feel like period pains or cramps which I usually suffer with, it is more of a sharp pain and when I press on the lump it causes more pain. I’m 17, don’t smoke, don’t eat as healthy as I should but I’m not over weight. I’m also on the mini pill, but I do still bleed.

My heart beat rate is high, i get cough when I laugh or speak loud. Not comfortable breathing when strucked in traffic jams.i think I can't take deep breath as I feel tightness. My inhalation time is very less. There was some mono oxide smoke test conducted in office and the number was 12 though I don't smoke. I started swimming in pool but I feel so tired to reach the other side of pool. I weight 71kg at 28yeats old with 5ft 3 inches of height. When I rin on tref mill at speed 6 5 my heart rate touches 135, When I climb steps i feel discomfort , the breath rate and heart rate increases. Kindly help me what is it i am suffering from.
