Hello, My 10yr old son has got throat infect and fever 102.7. He is 28kg and doctor asked to give dolo 650 half every 6 hrs. I would like to know if it's ok to give meftal p syrup 10 ml after 3 to 4 hrs of giving dolo tablet. As his fever takes 1 hr to subside and come back in 3 hrs. Plz help

My mother is 63 years old and has been having shortness of breath on walking ,headache ,chest heaviness occasionally and extreme fatigue . She sometimes coughs up blood (only sometimes in months )..she is hypertensive and has been taking telma -h from last 10 years . She sometimes misses her medications.
