I have really bad dandruff problem like for the last 2 years i have been using alot of shampoos and lotions to get rid of it like funginep fluclear cesol lotion kenz sal etc but like my dandruff get controlled but if i skip these things it comes back and very fast rate like i feel that it has some kind of very big roots inside my hairs which is not visible outside but grows up if didn't taken care of please guide that will using so kuch medication lead to hair fall or anything is tgere any way i can get rid of dandruff roots

My mother have been sufering for fungal elergy for many years ago but she have white spots on her back and her hand also she used many oroducts like selsun shampoo (selinium sulphate), nizral tube ,kenz tablet ,etc but no results are there specially her white spots was highlited in the month of rainy season she have smallsmall whte spts on her hnds

I am suffering from this skin problem from last 9 months. I approached 2-3 doctors but the problem is not solved. I am taking the following medicines from last 2 months i.e. 1) Terbinoforce 500 mg 2) Kenz tab 3) Cetcip-L each 1 tab in the night. Lulizol ointment 2 times in a day. I am fed up with this problem. Pls give me good suggestion for this problem.

For fungal infection (itching and flakes coming out behind my ear and redness and watery too, itching spots in pubic area) and white patch on my face). I was first prescribed kenz and cetzine tablets, ekran lotion for white patch on face, lulizole cream 1%. Later i was prescribed Avil 25, fixitral 200, sertaconazole nitrate cream 2%, Dremz Ultra cream for patch on face for 60 days. These I am still taking. My query is that the infection behind my ear isn’t getting much better.

My skin type is oily sensitive skin with open pores ,open pores filled with whiteheads on cheeks and nose because of this I am getting pimples . Doctor suggested me ahaglow s foaming face wash,deriva cms gel and GA 6 cream. Kenz sal lotion fordandruff. One of my frnd said she got black spots after using the face wash it is safe to use for sensitive skin type and even remaining ointments.

Hi, It's been a while that a blackish rash has appeared at the back portion of my neck. I had consulted a local doctor who diagnosed it to be PLE (Polymorphic Light Eruption) and gave me Flutivate cream to apply on it. It had no effect and the rash still remains. When I consulted another doctor, he suggested Luliconazole Cream and KENZ Soap as it did not seem like PLE. This too hasn't had any major effect on the rash. The rash area does feel itchy immediately after a bath or if sweat touches the region. I am unable to upload a photo of the issue with this request. So I have uploaded it in my medical records. Hi , I'm having fungal infection like red rash and ring worm like infection on my butts and rash and  itching on public hair area . I'm applying coconut oil for relief right now . I have no female dermatologist near my area . I'm a mother of 11 months old and just recovered from dengu and my periods were longer that usual for last 3 months . I am diagnosed with endometrial thickness. Is there a relation between any of them and tinea cruris ? What should I do ? I'm also use itchguard and kenz cream for relief . Please guide .

Hey Doctor, Since more than an year I have been having some skin irritation or itichyness. Started back of my neck under the hair and then spread to rest of the sclap, under my beard, back of my shoulder and above the chest too. It turns black first and then skin starts flaking out. BTW I daily do a head bath. A dermatologist has suggested a shampoo called Kenz-Sal which isn't effective enough. Also suggested a tablet called Ifarrel 200Mg which I don't find any where except in their clinic(can't get it as I'm in a remote City currently). Now I'm using Lobate GM which gives a temporary relief but the doctor suggests not to use as it's a steroid and it's bad. Please help me with a permanent solution as this is causing lot of social issues. Thanks in advance.

Hello sir/mam. I have been suffering from this issue from last two months. There was red dots inside my penis , little pain. I consulted with skin specialist he told me to take some medicines : 1)K Flu 1s Tab 2) KAZAC 500MG TAB 3)KENZ SOAP 4) ZYDIP C cream . I took these medicines till 15 days. but after 20 days the same problem is happening. like red dots started coming again(any day if i dont apply zydip cream ,the red dots starts to appear on my penis). Due to the covid time I am not able to go to the clinic again thats why i am consulting you. The foctor suggested me to take two test 1)HIVTEST ANTIBODIES  ( RESULT WAS NON REACTIVE) NORMAL. 2) SUGAR TEST. WHich i am uploading and included in the same and you can see. please suggest me what medicines should i use. i request you.

I have dandruff like earlier i had flakes and itchy scalp but after using medication like fluclear shampoo/// kenz sal lotion / cesol lotion / chiffon hair oil i removed all the flakes like alot of bad dandruff which was there which used to shed if used to touch my here went away but i m soo tensed that the main dandruff the roots those roots are sooo strong on my hair its not going my doc said i have sebbhoria but i used all his medications daily my scalp still has a strong roots of bad dandruff which isn't going at all its like the strongest roots like if i avoid the medication for sometime the dandruff will come back deadly previously i also have used medications like niosalic - 6, funginep lotion it had gpod affect but nothing to those hard roots what can i do to get those hard roots removed
