I am facing dandruff problem and small wounds in my head. I consulted dermatologist 1 year back. Doctor suggested to apply a lotion (forgot name) in the night and to take shower with Kenz Sal shampoo. Went good for some time but again the problem repeated.

Sir, I have consultant to a doctor for hair fall. He prefers minoxidil solution & kenz shampoo & also finasteride 1 mg tab. Can it be fully curable? Or its a cyclical issue? I have been using coaltar-s with kenz lotion as sampoos for the inflammatory part. And i use oil on scalpe and rinse it with shampoo after 2-3hrs. What else o can do to cure it fully? Or control it. I never could have stoped this medication on scalpe because once i stop the next day the flakes returns and the itchyness too.

After consulting a doctor, I was advised to use a shampoo "kenz sal" (ketoconazole salicylic) shampoo for my scalp folliculitis condition. I'm unable to find a shampoo containing salicylic acid. Is zinc pyrithione a good alternative for salicylic acid in this situation?

I got pad rash (red puss bumps on my inside of buttocks) almost 15 days ago after which the pain and redness decresed but it left white pimple like spots on my buttocks and for the pad rash i took candid cream and augmentin 625, currently i have tinea cruris for which iam taking kenz cream and itaspor 100 mg, can you please tell me what should i apply for white spots. can i continue the tinea cruris cream on the same spot?
