Hair growth serums and lice in hair.

I've been taking a hair loss course for a month now. The doctor prescribed me qilib female hair growth solution and folica hair tincture for hair growth. And for dandruff, kenz lotion was given to use twice a week. But i recently got lice. Should i keep using these products along with medikar? Will it be safe?
