Hair fall after delivery
Started developing severe hair fall after delivery. It's been 4 months i delivered a baby. Have severe hair fall issue. Pls suggest me best treatment

It is telogen effluvium..it is common in post partum..take high protein diet reduce carbohydrates.. continue iron and calcium supplements

Post delivery hairfall is known as telogen effluvium. It usually starts 3 months post delivery. It happens due to hormonal changes. Only lifestyle changes such as having a balanced diet, regular exercise and keeping stress to minimum are required.
