Skin irratation. Lot of social issues.

Hey Doctor, Since more than an year I have been having some skin irritation or itichyness. Started back of my neck under the hair and then spread to rest of the sclap, under my beard, back of my shoulder and above the chest too. It turns black first and then skin starts flaking out. BTW I daily do a head bath. A dermatologist has suggested a shampoo called Kenz-Sal which isn't effective enough. Also suggested a tablet called Ifarrel 200Mg which I don't find any where except in their clinic(can't get it as I'm in a remote City currently). Now I'm using Lobate GM which gives a temporary relief but the doctor suggests not to use as it's a steroid and it's bad. Please help me with a permanent solution as this is causing lot of social issues. Thanks in advance.
