My wife(29yrs)  having period regular @ 33days ,thyroid and AMH-1.5 but in follicular study every time 10mm×11mm not growing even though HMG 150 injections given alternative days and also my (age33yrs)sperm count 46M nd motility 15% only.marriege life ~4yrs in that 2 times IUIs FAILED. Doctor suggested *Laprohystroscopy* operation after then IUI Trails. Plz suggest what is ur opinion (we r economically poor) Is it better to go ICSI or laprohystroscopy & iui trails.

I am 30 years old. Last month I had my hsg. It was good..no problems. 6 years of marriage. My gynaecologist suggested me to take hmg IU 150 injection on 3rd 6th and 8th day of period. I took. Is there any harm? My all the reports are normal. My weight is 69 kgs and height 5.4. what are benefits and risks of this treatment? I only take folesta pill once in a day. It is right path of treatment?

I took mefiprestine dose on 18 morning on empty stomach, then misoprostone 2 tablets were taken next day i. e-19 at 11 and another 2 tablets of misoprostone at1 pm.. After 2-3 hr very little bleeding started with minute blood clots...is it possible that abortion has not been competely done... Kindly suggest me that should i take another dose of mesoprostol to completely terminate this abortion.

I am 27 year old female with pcos trying to conceive. In this cycle doctor gave me 5 mg letrozol dose for 4 days. on day 6 both ovaries showing msf so doctor gave hmg75. on day 7 left ovary folicle was 12×12 and right ovary folicle was 10×10. on day 8 no change in size so the doctor gave hmg75 injection. Is there a chance of pregnancy this month?? i did a follicle study for 2 cycle previously with letrozol only but the folicle did not grow above 14 mm.

Doctor recommend hmg 75iu injection on 7th day. There are many brands .Are they same eg diva hmg / neo hmg etc. Also this shot be given on stomach or veins
