Follicles not growing after HMG 150 2day
My wife(29yrs) having period regular @ 33days ,thyroid and AMH-1.5 but in follicular study every time 10mm×11mm not growing even though HMG 150 injections given alternative days and also my (age33yrs)sperm count 46M nd motility 15% only.marriege life ~4yrs in that
2 times IUIs FAILED.
Doctor suggested *Laprohystroscopy* operation after then IUI Trails.
Plz suggest what is ur opinion
(we r economically poor)
Is it better to go ICSI or laprohystroscopy & iui trails.

Ur motility needs to be treated
What was the motility post wash in iui
Hysterolaproscopy can be avoided if hsg ...that's a cheaper test
