Folicle monitoring with Letrozol and HMG
I am 27 year old female with pcos trying to conceive.
In this cycle doctor gave me 5 mg letrozol dose for 4 days.
on day 6 both ovaries showing msf so doctor gave hmg75.
on day 7 left ovary folicle was 12×12 and right ovary folicle was 10×10.
on day 8 no change in size so the doctor gave hmg75 injection.
Is there a chance of pregnancy this month??
i did a follicle study for 2 cycle previously with letrozol only but the folicle did not grow above 14 mm.

Follicular monitoring should be started from day 8 (u started too early)
till desired size of 18 x 20 mm is achieved
Ideal day of ovalution is 14th day
You will have to repeat the ultrasound to find out
