Hello, my sister (33yrs) has been diagnosed with granulomatous mastitis. She has been on antibiotics & ibuprofen bt is nt getting adequate relief. What shud we do? Plz Help.

I've been having a really bad headache whenever I do not take ibuprofen every 3 hours. My eyelids are very puffy when I wake up but go back to normal throughout the day.
