Got covid positive on 30th of August 2020 and taken treatment for a week and told rest for 2 months and started facing fluctuations in sugar levels and using insulin and injections but still not getting into control and increased dose of insulin to 30 morning and 20 night and using VOG LOW-GM2 (glimepride) twice a day daily and hyderoxyzine hydrochloride twice a day for 7 days and Multivitamin tabels. I am also having High BP and using Amlosafe (Amlodipine, Telmisartan & Hydrochlorothiazide Bilayer Tabels) Now I am still feeling problem with infections or something which occurs wounds across entire body mostly on lower body in between legs and on legs and on neck. Do I need to take any extra medicines for this or do I need to consult any specialist? And can he take alchohol on regular basis or irregular basis. Kindly suggest me on this because its being already 4 months he has recovered from covid but still facing one or other issues in the body.

My father has one kidney by birth and following is his latest report.His creatinine level is 1.8 and serum urea is 80 mg/dl He has right back side pain for last 4 days. His weight is 89 kg.Is this serum urea high to a dangerous level? What treatment is suggested?  He is a diabetic type 2 patient,a hypertension patient since 15 years and a cholesterol patient as well.Doctor didn't prescribe him any medicine regarding Diabetes and asked him to control it through diet and exercise.Some medicines he's been taking for several years are Amlodipine Besylate, Hydrochlorothiazide/Lisinopril ( in combination) and Atenolol,Lipiget(Atorvastatin),Citanew(Escitalopram),Ascard (Aspirin),Fenoget (Fenofibrate),Neurobion ( Vit B1,B6,B12).Other than this he's been taking Centrum (supplements) as well.

I am detached from the real world or the present moment.it all started 4 years back when I was diagnosed with high bp 150/90 by md doctor.he said you remain in worry state which is true also but at that moment he said you are hypertensive and this line of that doctor went deep inside my mind and from that moment onwards I am like continuously thinking that I am a hypertensive guy which ultimately ruined my everyday activity also.now my risk taking capacity is zero as I am always afraid to take big risk.from my early days onwards I was ADHD /over thinker who always think of becoming or achieving something great in life and took lot of stress to do anything including studies.also now I realised whenever I am talking to anybody I am physically communicating but at my mental level I am thinking something else.iam not living in present moment.plz provide some psychological technique instead of medicine as I am already taking paroxetine,m etoprolol+ hydrochlorothiazide for anxiety and bp.

Sir, I'm suffering from Uric Acid (Reading 8.4). Please suggest me any best medicine for this problem. Mixtard 30/70 pen insuline 4. Pantakind 40 mg(Pantoprazole) 5. Famocid 40 mg( Famotidine) Please suggest me uric acid medicine and any other supportive medicine which has no heart and diabetic related side effects.
