Chest pain
Chest pain is present all the time sometimes severe and sometimes mild.Shortness of breath on walking or doing any heavy exercise.cardiologist has suggested echo and tmt which is scheduled for next week.ecg was normal.He also prescribed embeta xr 25,monit 30 2 days ago.Consuming telmisartan 40 mg , hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg from last 2 months.Bp is around 110-120/70-85.Pulse 95-100.Cervical osteophytic lipping in lower cervical vertebrae confirmed in x ray.Treatment going for that since 9 months.My question is can person can get a heart attack at that time even when bp and pulse are normal.?Is chest pain and shortness of breath due to cervical or any artery blockage.Please reply🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏My question is can person can get a heart attack at that time even when bp and pulse are normal.?Is chest pain and shortness of breath due to cervical or any artery blockage.Please reply🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Age 52 years female

Pulse BP and heart attack has no relation. To rule out blockages you need to get ecjo and tmt done

She requires evaluation to say the cause of breathlessness and chest pain. Aa suggested by the doctor please undergo Echo and Treadmill test.
