Pioglitazone induced edema

My mother was taking metformin gliclazide and pioglitazone triple drug combination since many years. Simultaneously she was also taking nebivolol and hydrochlorothiazide combination. So there is no edema developed due to pioglitazone because of hydrochlorothiazide medicine is running. But 6 months ago endocrinologist has changed medicine from nebi H to Nebi . Then my mother has developed swelling and edema in legs. Creatinine is normal Echo is normal Venous doplar both legs are normal Ddimer is normal Tsh is normal Hb1ac 6.7 So he  changed treatment like below Pioglitazone is  stopped and metformin and gliclazide is continue and sitagliptin is added. Nebivolol is stopped and chlorthalidone 6.5 mg is added. Today we have done CXR It's showing bilateral prominent bronchovascular markings Do we need to worry sir Because there are few cases reported that pioglitazone can cause pulmonary edema. Prominent bronchovascular markings is due to pulmonary edema? do we need to any further test ?

Hypertension - Medicine Change.

Since three months taking Telma 40 and Cilacar 10 in morning and Cilacar 10 at night. BP at 145/105 since a week . Having headache and tiredness. Could not see my regular physician for a week and the nearby primary care physician told Cilnidipine is a mild drug and  prescribed a Combination tablet. Newtel AMH ( Telmisartan+Amlodipine+Hydrochlorothiazide ). Advised to take this for 5 days once daily and recheck BP . Does this scenario require medicine change. ( TSH is 1.0 taking Thyronorm 88 )

High blood pressure

High blood pressure patient and nowadays it's getting worse since three/four weeks. The last time I checked it was systolic/diastolic= 134/104. Most of the time the difference between his diastolic and systolic is so low. Like 102/94, 108/95. Been diagnosed with "Losarten potassium USP 25 mg" since 3 years, one tablet per day. Since two weeks taking "Hydrochlorothiazide tablets USP 12.5 mg", along with the above mentioned medicine, one dose per day. His pulse rate stays between 65-80. I'm really scared about this and your prompt reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
