Bp -73/120 Medications for hypertension (telmisartan+hydrochlorothiazide (40mg+12.5mg) going on from last one month.Treatment for osteophytic lipping in lower cervical vertebrae going on after severe episode of vertigo 6 months ago. X ray report-osteophytic lipping in lower cervical vertebrae CT scan - no abnormalities detected Today pulse rate is 111.Feeling nausea and unwell.Weakness in legs.Please suggest how to lower pulse rate ???Can it cause heart attack ?
