On the first day of my periods I suffer severe unbearable acidity accompanied by severe abdominal cramps, dizziness, vomiting sensation, weakness. I already have history of hyper acidity but this level of acid reflux happens on the first day of periods. This is the third time in the past one year. Once I even got admitted. Last year in October, Endoscopy showed grade 1 reflux, USG abdomen fine. Got heart checked. All fine. My periods are not regular. One thing I have observed in the past year is that this kind of acidity happens only when I have very severe period cramps. Some days back I had severe menstrual cramps and so I took ganaton total and meftal spas but still this happened. Could you please let me know what possibly could be the trigger causing this. I am a 20 year old guy. i have done an endoscopy and have been diagnosed with hiatus hernia. My only symptom is that i produce excessive saliva throughout the day. i don't get heartburn. Saliva is usually thin, watery and little foamy without any taste. i have to keep spitting every few minutes throughout the day. it is very annoying. i also suffer from occasional belching and coughing. i have taken medications prescribed by my doctor- norgel DSR and Ganaton OD 150mg, but it does not seem to be working. Also when i am really busy or my mind is diverted i do not produce saliva that much. once or twice a week i have to throw up in the mornings because i swallow some of the saliva accumulated in my sleep unconsciously . it is taking a toll on me mentally. it is socially very frustrating too. i am not being able to concentrate on many important things like studying. What kind of diet should i follow? what kind of other tests can i get done? how to get relief from this horrible disease?

Hi mam/sir I am 23 week pregnant now. And from the 2nd month of my pregnancy i am suffering from GERD. Fed up with using pan40, Gaviscon and ganaton tablets as there is no result. I am facing heart burning sensation after food and am taking food with out oil and less salt only. Stopped deep fries and totally not taking non-veg and due to which lost 5 kgs. Past 3 weeks am using rantac 150 tablets morning and night before food , now i can able to eat all with out any issues But i read somewhere, rantac 150  cannot be taken in preganancy for more than 2 weeks . Kindly suggest wheather i can continue the tablets or not If i have to stop , again how i can control GERD?

Hello doctor I'm 26 year old male, from last year I'm having too much belching issues after one hour of my meal..I went to some gastro doctors they prescribed me with some antacids nd some liquids bt nothing is working.. I'm having some anxiety related issues from last 2years..bt I'm totally confused is it my anxiety or I'm really having some gastro issues?? I also have grade '1' fatty liver. I'm taking medicines - 1. Zaptra ls 12.5 once in a week, 2. Ganaton Total 3. Gaviscon 4. Vitamin E Capsule. I also attached my report.

I am a diabetic and from last 6 months I am facing problem of piles. I think the medicine I took it harmed me alot. I was taking Lipikind F at night Cetapin XR1000mg twice Lipaglyn 10 at night Oxra 10 mg twice Telma 20 mg at night Ganaton total capsule 1 at empty stomach Duphlac syp 30 ml at night Hetrazan 100mg three times a day Bandy plus on alternate day. Please suggest me what to do.

My mom had GERD problem since 3 years. She got esophagitis 5 months back, so visited a Gastroenterologist. He prescribed Ganaton Total (PPI) and Placida tablet. She started taking that and she was fine. Recently she stopped only placida. But She got many new symptoms. Cough like severe, Phelgem, nerve back neck pain, fever someday, bad taste in tongue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort. Do stopping placida will cause abdominal discomfort and loss of appetite? Or it could be due to some other issue?

My mom age 42 had taking ganaton total and mankind placida since 2 and half months. She is so anxiety about corona pandemic. She unable to sleep more than 5 hours. She gets rapid heartbeat twice a day daily. She was facing this problem 3 months before. So she started mankind placida. She had anxiety attack before 1 month from that day again her symptoms came back as she can't able to sleep more than 5 hours a day. She took vaccine 3 days before. But still she is facing these symptoms

Hello Docs, I am suffering for GERD from 2 Months. Right now I am taking the Patacoid 80mg night once and morning ganaton 1. I get a throat pain, dry throat and horness sound from throat some time (burp). There is a nerve pain near my ear. Sometimes feels something got struck in throat. I have stopped  eating spicy foods, bekary foods and coffinated beverages. Please suggest so that I can consult proper doc for early resolution. Attached the endoscopy report.

I done endoscopy and got linear esophagus ulcer on May first. All other reports are normal 1. Now I'm getting a lot of sticky saliva, 2. getting fever with shivering sensation in evening time on forehead going off  within few minutes. This happen on 19 not now 3.my left nose getting blocked and open. Yesterday evening one doctor suggested for Allegra m for blocked nose 4. I'm taking pan 40 morning, ganaton before food three times, alprazolam 0.5 in night and Allegra m for nose block Please suggest correctly

Before 6 months I was diagnosed with antral gastritis, & fatty liver stage 2 , & gall bladder poly 3 mm, took ganaton total for 6 weeks after that burning sensation in stomach stopped. But after 6 months i experienced some stomach pain my ultrasound abdomen report showed that their is no G.B poly & no fatty liver but gastric oedometous & colitis. Which tablet I have to take, & what precautions I have to take for this. Any other test is required for this? Is it possible for a G B poly & fatty liver to fully recover in 6 months.
