Severe acidity & periods. Causing this.

On the first day of my periods I suffer severe unbearable acidity accompanied by severe abdominal cramps, dizziness, vomiting sensation, weakness. I already have history of hyper acidity but this level of acid reflux happens on the first day of periods. This is the third time in the past one year. Once I even got admitted. Last year in October, Endoscopy showed grade 1 reflux, USG abdomen fine. Got heart checked. All fine. My periods are not regular. One thing I have observed in the past year is that this kind of acidity happens only when I have very severe period cramps. Some days back I had severe menstrual cramps and so I took ganaton total and meftal spas but still this happened. Could you please let me know what possibly could be the trigger causing this. Thanks.
