Does Ganaton 50 could be used in pregnancy???.my six month 0f running pregnancy ??? For gastric problem

My mother is suffering from swelling in pancreas and liver.my doctor give only ganaton od. I dont understand that is right medicine for both

I am taking ganaton total, aristozyme, darolac, librax for last one month but still I get acidity, gas, bloating in abdomen.

I'm on ganaton od tablet and  unienzymes since 6 days.. today I'm not sure if I took the tablet... please suggest what to do. Thanks..

I m having the problem of gastritis since Jan 2020. In March I underwent endoscopy of upper GI which was found to be normal So i was prescribed ganaton total for the same.i took ganaton total for three months and I was relieved with it but when I stopped it, problem resurfaced. Right now taking sompraz d 40 bt not tht relief is thr. Cn i continue ganaton total and for how long? Is there any side effects?

I have done endoscopy and usg nothing come. I am taking equirex, unienzyme tablet 2bid. I have taken prothiaden but still upper stomach heavyness. Similar problem was 2year before after morning motion that time ganaton total relieve. I think ganaton(itopride  50mg twice will relieved but its not avail in market and alternative also. She has been taking Ganaton 50 mg thrice and Itopride tab thrice a day. And She is /was fine. But, now doctor has changed the medicines which are not working on her. She continued the above two medicines for three months. My question is can she continue ganaton 50 mg twice a day instead of Rantac suspension for some more timi? She is following doctors instructions as advised for not to take water after meals and not to go to bed for two hours after meals. Please suggest me how far ganaton is
