Earlier my face was oily for the mean while i stopped eating junk realising the fact that it could help but then my face became dry and i thought parlour clean ups would help but then now on my skin is rough i have pores on my cheeks as well as nose area its dry and it irritates sometime my right side of the cheek is prone to acne more as compared to the left side also i have been lately using this vaseline jelly at night and olive oil to treat my skin would love to know more preventions if any

Recently I have been diagnosed with the impression of sacroilitis in my mri report . My rheumatologist prescribed me saaz 500 thrice a day with etoshine 60 once a day( for two) weeks however after taking medicine I got allergic reactions with sulfasalazine despite the fact my stiffness and pain was better when I was on saaz. Now what medications should I switch to my rheumatologist have said now we can only rely on NSAIDs and if possible on biologics. But I don't want to switch to biologics so early.

I developed itching and small boils when pinched release a kind of watery boils( very small may be about 2 mm to 3 mm  but for sure no puss . I applied  ZIMBA ointment as per a dermatologist a week back , but it seems it's not reducing and in fact it's increasing a bit and seems like spreading on the face followed by itching , and i see a few boils on the neck also. Hi my name is Mahak Swami. I was prescribed Escorvit PNM - Pregablin and now shifted to Gabapentin but I am very confused as to the fact that 1. As soon as I take Pregablin my body felt extremely week. 😩 But when I stopped taking it for sometime I felt weird sensations in my head and kind of bodyache. Now yesterday my doctor replaced Escorvit with Gabapentin and that too two times a day. I need to know whether I should have it or not And I am very scared now. Pls give me your best advise.

Hi, my wife 14 weeks pregnant diagnosed with low TSH level. She have symptoms like excessive hair fall, nausea, vomiting, mild fever, problem in urine many others. I am obese. From 12th April I experienced a loss of appetite and from then on, I am losing weight. I just found I am losing 2-3 kgs per week. Although my appetite has inproved marginally, it is not what it was before.  From 14th April onwards I mostly ate fruit and curd on days and limiting dinner quantityas well. I know losing this much weight is not normalno matter how much I diet, given the fact that I am mostly sedentary otherwise.
