I am 27 yrs old female. Last year some dark brown patches appeared over my cheeks, nose and my upper lips. I consulted a dermalogist and he said it's melasma n gave me one hidroquin whitening gel for my face to apply at night and to consume vitamin e capsule for a month. But no improvement, in fact it's getting more darker and larger in shape. It's also appearing over my eyebrows. Please help.

In a happy relationship. First time, being with someone isn't a burden. Really happy. But then I find out she was abused, sexually and mentally for years and raped. Now, I can't focus on anything. For the past 2 months at least once a week i would wake up at random times at night with my heart racing, sweating, heavily breathing and shaking. Recently, roughly 2 days ago, i was speaking to my friend and all of a sudden my vision went blurry and i felt like i was going to pass out. The more i thought of the fact passing out and worrying of what people will think was making it even worse. Today tried to take a nap and woke up with the exact feeling.

For the past two days, I have been experiencing pain while peeing. It's not a burning sensation, it feels sore. Urethra feels bruised. Urine comes out at a higher angle, as if opening is smaller. Pee does not seem to have weird smell. Nearly no penile discharge. In fact, I thought I had no discharge but i noticed that my urethra felt a bit stuck shut before peeing (recent symptom). I felt like I needed to pee often in the first day, but that went away. No other visible symptoms (spots).

It's been 4 months since I had strabismus surgery. But there is constant redness near corner of eye and white swelling near centre. Last time I visited doctor was 10 days ago. He seems rather ok with it. He prescribed lpred earlier didn't work. Now I have been taking refresher for last one month and FML for last 10 days. No improvement. In fact it slightly got bigger. Have a pain in my lower left side, close to my hip, that is sharp in the mornings and dissipates throughout the day after I've taken some acetaminophin/naproxen. At its worst, the pain is front/side/back of lower left area, but my lower left back area is in pain around the clock...the area is not painful to the touch, in fact that helps sometimes. I was thinking kidney stone because I have had a few in the past but I'm drinking lots of water and the pain doesn't seem to be moving
