For the past 2 months at least once a week i would wake up at random times at night with my heart racing, sweating, heavily breathing and shaking. Recently, roughly 2 days ago, i was speaking to my friend and all of a sudden my vision went blurry and i felt like i was going to pass out. The more i thought of the fact passing out and worrying of what people will think was making it even worse. Today tried to take a nap and woke up with the exact feeling.
