Hello im in my 29weeks of pregnancy... i was having constipation in my 24th week of pregnancy so my doctor suggested me to take duphalac syrup 20ml.. but i use to take 15ml few days bowel movements are easier in the morning and only one.. gradually bowel  movements increased to twice a day so i reduced the dosage to 10ml then for few days there is 2 bowel movements  and few days there will be only once a day...now its is been a week im getting 2 bowel movements a day (say type 5 stool) after coming from toilet i feel  exhausts n even very hungry.....after flushing i can be able to see some food particles in the toilet did i develop mild diarrhea or food is not digesting properly? Im also on medication susten 300mg, duvadilan 10mg along bñ calcium and iron tablet shal i stop duphalac ans see or should I contact doctor immediately?

I had recently faced miscarriage because of incompetent cervix at 19 weeks. I had conceived through IVF embryo transfer because of bad endometriosis and hydrosalpinx. and was carrying twins. trans-vaginal cerclage placed at 15 weeks.duvadilian 10 mg and duphastone was prescribed. Anomalies scan suggested funneling of cervix and opening of it to 2.3 cms. I was immediately hospatilized and placed on duvadilan drip. but miracle did not happen. now doctor suggesting transabdominal cerclage before IVF. Need best doctor to perform trans- abdominal cerclage and its success rate with ivf as it could be my last chance to become mother.

Helli im in 28weeks of pregnancy.. im currently on medication susten 300mg, duvadilan 10mg both twice a day along with iron and calcium tablets... and used candid cl pessary vaginally for 6 nights because of stinky urine and vaginal discharge... frim yesterday im having yellow to greenish phegum postnasal drip... no cough no fever body temperature is between 97.5- 98.4F from yesterday left nostril blocked i can able to see the swelling in left nostril having mild pain stress behind nose and eyes... is it normal cold or sinus? Here in Bangalore climate is too cold frkm last two days... i went hospital for NST on bike i didn't wear helmet also...outside air is also cold Can dolo650 can be taken in pregnancy? Does it helps to reduce phegum?

And suggest best practices to avoid urine infection

I have got pregnant on Oct 2018, My last lmp is 15.09.2018. I have test with pregnancy kit on 22.10.2018. Due to heavy pain, I have visited to doctor chamber. He prescribed me to take duvadilan 10 mg, Susten 200mg, Folvite 5mg. That day Doctor done TVS. Doctor told there is no sac. He guessed this is tubal. This is abnormal pregnancy. This isn't healthy. My hcg level was 1176 on 24th oct 2018 and On 26th Oct 2018, this is dropped to 717. But doctor prescribed me to take those medicine and to take complete bed rest. Doctor told me wait for some days. If period start then you will try again from next month. If not then do beta hcg and report him on 8.11.2018. We are waiting those days and I Don't have started any period. On 7th Nov 2018, My beta hcg level is 3630 and reported to doctor on 8th nov 2018. Doctor done tvs. Then seeing - there is a tiny gestation sac. So that this is trying to be increased as normal gestation sac and no growth of baby.

Hello!! I am 4 weeks 6 days pregnant. I had two miscarriages in past history. Doctor prescribed to do Endometrial test by blood of myself and semen test. As a result, Problem detect: positive - TB in semen of my husband in high range and positive -  TB has been also in me in very lower range,  Doctor prescribed us medicine to cure that problem. My husband took for 6 months. and I take for  one month. And repeat same test and as a result - TB is negative both of us. We didn't try for 1.5 yrs due to scare of those miscarriages and want back to normal life. Recently, Doctor has done one hydrotubation and prescribed us to try in normal way. I conceive. My last LMP - 12.09.2022. Pregnancy detection in kit - 1. 10/10/2022, 2. 15/10/2022. My doctor has prescribed me to take Duvadilan 10 - one tab twice daily, Folvite - after breakfast, Susten 200mg - pushing passage at bed time(every day- till further prescription). What affect in my pregnancy after pushing susten 200mg?

I had started getting mild contraction since last sunday.. my gynac had kept me on Duvadilan r .But on Saturday.. i leaked some Amniotic fluid and was rushed for a scan to chk level and weight of the baby. AF level was 12.2 and weight was 2100 which she sd is ok. I was getting white mucus discharge yday and lil drop wise leaking.. was asked to repeat a scan today to confirm if it was Af. Today the Af level is 10.2 and she had already given me injection for the baby's lungs to develop incase if end uo having a csec. After she consulted with senior pedia and gynac.. she asked me to be on bed rest and start wid Aminofit thrice a day till Saturday and repeat the scan so we can plan accordingly. I am worried abt this decision. if the level has dropped 2 points in 2 days it can go dwn more and can be dangerous for the baby.. Need advice on wat needs to be done.. URGENT

I was diagnosed with urine infection, bleeding and pre labor last 24week i undergone medication ciplox-500mg, ceftum250mg, susten, duvadilan, cital, urispas today morning after meals my antibiotic medication is completed... but yesterday i got clear to white say egg white sticky discharge which is greenpea size and still im Im having lower back pain and pubic bone pain Day by day im worrying with this problem please clear my doubt like getting lower back pain is common or something serious in which case i should call my doctor... how to manage hygienity to avoid urine infection? Im using drops of dettol in one mug to clean toilet seat before i use... for bathing also k use few drops of dettol, cleaning my inners with drops of dettol along with detergent , every time i pee i wash with lukewarm water what else should i do to get rid of infection ? Im done with thinking and googling all of these... if i trim or shave my pubic hairs it will reduce or how... please anyone help me out
