I am suffering from severe preterm labour in 27 -28 weeks of pregnancy. My foetal well being USG shows the placenta is of grade 'II' maturity in 28 weeks. Is my placenta aging too fast and secondly suggest me something to reduce preterm labour as I am taking Duvadilan 10 mg thrice a day and Susten SR 300 once a day for preterm labour

Hello, My wife had 4 RPL history all of 5-7 week. Now She is 14 week pregnant. She was on HCG 5000 injection (weekly 2 dose) from 4th to 14th week. Her doctor stops HCG injection & continue Duphaston. Another doctor ask her to start HPC DS 500 mg (Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate) Injection weekly & Duvadilan 10 Up to 20 week. Should she start HPC injection. Is too much progesterone harmful to fetus?

I had brown discharge from last night visited doc and done PV exam and she told me it's bcoz of infection. I had cerclage at 20 week. She prescribed injection for babies lungs maturity. Azee for infection and tab to keep vaginaly i am having duvadilan 10 mg thrice and proluton depot 500 once a week. I trust her still scared bcoz of brown discharge. I am having anxiety.still not sure y brown discharge is it mucus plug and can it cause premature labour.i want be full term and on bed rest till July 10. Please advice

My wife is undergoing second pregnancy and due to short cervix issue doctor prescribed for progesterone injection once in a week, progesterone medicine daily one dose, duvadilan till 28th week and slight border glucose level came in report so added glycomet 500 three time a day.. so my concern is that taking this many medicine will surely help in positive pregnancy but what about my wife health in future run... how many year it will take for her to regain it back to her normal strength.. Requesting you anyone please provide me the clear picture on this so that I can take any extra care of her.. Giving birth was a blessing for a women but due to these things happening no women wants to go for second pregnancy and some even for first also...

Hi, after 10days of postpartum i noticed lumps under both armpit left side i feel 1 and it is visible outside like slightly bump if i press hard it is very very mild pain jus like boils pain lets say ignorble pain... but right side have i noticed two which are not visible outside and painless and only i can feel when i press my armpits raising hands upwards...i dnt have any other noticeable changes or symptoms in my body or health its been 2 months now still lumps are there... what will be the reason? I delivered baby girl in 36 weeks i took proluton injections and susten 300mg, duvadilan  10mg and betnisol injection in 28th week 2 dose in 48hrs week and 1 dosage before c section

I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant. My stomach gets rock hard for 40 seconds every 15-30 minutes. I'm having this hardening since i was 16 weeks but it wasn't so frequent. My doctor has put me on duvadilan 10mg 3 times a day but I don't think it's helping. I'm also on proluton 250mg injections weekly, and susten SR 300mg nightly. I'm on bed rest lying on my left side mostly. Is this a sign of preterm labour? Is there some way to stop this? I'm really scared and I don't wanna lose my baby again. I have a cerclage and pessary places at 13 weeks due to history of miscarriage at 17 weeks last pregnancy due to incompetent cervix. Please help.

Dear Doctor, I am 10 weeks pregnant. My last LMP date: 12/09/2022. My doctor prescribed me to take - Duvadilan 10 mg - twice in a day, one tab susten 200 pushing from vagina at bed time (night). I had one USG in 7 week. That time baby size was - 0.97 cm and heart beat - 168 BPM. After taking Susten 200, creamy discharge is out from vagina on the morning when I go for urine. And whole day creamy discharge is appearing from vagina. It is normal?

Hi There, I am 23 weeks pregnant with DCDA twins through Ivf. Today I had anamoly scan and my cervical length is 2.8 cm. In scan report it is mentioned as Dynamic funneling of internal Os noted to a length of 0.8 cm with shortening of intact to 2cm(tvs). My doctor admitted me in hospital immediately and said to be on strict bed rest. I have been taking duphaston 10mg and Susten 400 twice a day from the time of embryo transfer. Now they have given Duvadilan Tablet 4 times a day. I m worried. Please tell me if I will be able to deliver my babies safe. Will I be able to go to full term? Hospital bedrest is making me restless.

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is 28 weeks pregnant and dignosed with Polyhydramnios and also in Scan @ 28 weeks echogenic focus in left ventricle. Her anomaly scan was normal. She was having AFI of 27 and feeling tightness with contractions hence doctor prescribed Duvadilan, Indomethacin 25 mg and Depin 5 mg for 2 weeks. I have following doubts for this treatment request you to please clarify the same. 1) Will there be any effect of these medicine on fetus health. 2) Any serious complications related to Echogenic focus. Kindly advise.
