Sir i need to clean my bowel i got very bad constipation and acidity i eat everyday food but my bowel is not get cleaned everyday i go to toilet but nothing happens i am takin dulcolax 5 mg and other laxative syrup but still the same please help me i am suffering from 6 months i am getting belch and hickups continous i dont know what to do.

Most of the time my stool is semi solid and I have to go toilet at least 2 times everyday sometimes 3 times . But still I get sudden hard stool and then anal fissure . So what I should do after getting hard stool to save me from occurring anal fissure ??? Laxit plus and dulcolax failed to soften stool. Suppository will be helpful ???

My father is experiencing chronic constipation. He was earlier diagnosed for Inguinal Hernia on both sides. No pain related to that. Problem is with constipation. Can someone suggest proper diet and natural laxatives which can relieve him from constipation. He tried Triphala and Isabgol but no relief. Dulcolax is only providing temporary relief. Please help.

Actually since I was young I easily got tummy problems especially the kind of food I am taking. Now i am 24 yrs old my stomach is still my very big problem. I am constipation, having my bowel stuck on my tummy for several days. When I am taking dulcolax that is the only time my bowel or my tummy feels relieved. I took 2 tablets of Dulcolax last night around 8:00 for constipation, at around 12:30 I had a loose bowel movement. My mother had undergone a Lumbar hernia surgery on 1st April. Now as per the doctors the wound has healed. However now for last 3 days she has Acute Constipation. Also she has an acute pain. Urine Routine test showed bacterial infection of 3484.2 micro /lt. Urine culture report is Awaited. As per doctor advice, "Push 2 dulcolax suppositories through rectum". Can someone please advise how to use these suppositories and push them in the Rectum ? How to push & by how much ?
