Having lots of sneezing whole day. Fever 101 during evening, Cough and sore fhroat Taken medication includes Amoxclav 2 a day, Citrazene evening and Diclofenac/paracetamol. Ambroxol doesnt suits. What more can be added? Any home remedies

Sir/madam, I feel constant dull aching pain in left side of back from 20days. Sometimes it feel in front side at same point. Feel dull pain when I sleep on left side . No other symptoms . Consulted with local physician they given tab aciloc and diclofenac but no results.

On delivery time government doctor prescribed a medicine that is diclofenac sodium 50 mg tablet for 7 days but these medicines not available in open market So I take voveran 50 mg tablet in place of diclofenac to get relive from pain. Is there any side effect to me or my baby on brestfeeding.
