Doctors say vitamin d deficiency is not a problem and mostly everyone in India have vitamin d deficiency. They don't even give me medicines for my vitamin d defeciency. My level is at 15. I have severe joint pains, muscle pain and no energy in body. Suffering a lot. Please let me what's happening with the medical World?

I am on Vitamin D supplements due to its deficiency (value was 19, two weeks ago). Now got vaccinated 2 days back. Can I take my scheduled Vit D 60000 capsule today? Fever and body pain almost gone.

I have a vitamin D deficiency since 2019 October. I had only 7 points vitamin d and took medicines it worked for while taking and if I don't take it then I have a severe body pain which is out 9 out of 10. I have taken 2000 IU vitamin d tablets daily and Recently I tested vitamin d it was 89 then I stopped now again it started paining like hell. Can any one please help me out from this health issue. My vit d level is 24.48 ..very less ..due to this i feel back pain thigh pain ..in past i hv been taken vit d shot of 60 k..from last 3 month i hv nt been taken vit d shot ..so my question is that how i recover this means .when i should take vit d shot..ones a week for how long time ..plz give me proper advice...thx in advance sir\madam ...

My daughter start complaining knee pain at night from last fifteen days so we go to our pediatric doctor he suggests some test S.calcium Vitamin d Hb Which comes as Hb 13.3 S.calcium 10.3 Vitamin d 10.5 Otherwise she is fine walk normally no pain after pressing So he suggests vitamin d pouch once daily for 10 days Is this is very serious problem And when she can attain normal vitamin d in her body with suggested treatment

Hi sir,ma'am, I visited ENT for head and neck pain as having sinus and migraine history, doctor very well attended and I mentioned breastfeeding to 5 months baby, they prescribed some medicines (montex fx , zifi 200,Emazen D) for 5 days, want guidance and second opinion if these are safe for me as I Breastfeed baby, Emazen D is painkiller so worried if all these safe to take..pls guide..have a good day!

Pain in left back chest bubble upper left back pain and pain increase on lying down and got my Vitamin d less than the range
