Oral Lichen Planus from 2.10yrs

I am suffering from Oral Lichen planus from last 2.8 Years in side cheeks of mouth. I consulted 2 Skin Specialist they suggested Tess, Tosti(Triamicilone Acetonide) creams with Betnesol(bethamethasone) tabs (mix with water and used as mouth wash). After 1 year Dr recommended Medrol 16MG(Methylprednisolone) with Tantum mouth wash  due to severe burning while eating food. From last 1 week i am feeling cheeks sensitivity, some discomfortness. As per his latest recommendation it will be curable with Cyclosporine mouthwash. Earlier I was thinking it was too much cost(as per Dr. around 5000Rs). From last 1 week i am feeling cheeks sensitivity and having some discomfortness. I want to use Cyclosporine(first immunosuppressant that acted selectively to suppress T-cell immunity)  if it's work better. And I read in Google, Lichen planus has been treating effectively using Diode laser. Now black/darn brown and little white lines are there. Please suggest which is good one.

Dry eyes disease

I have dry eyes. The schirmer level test was conducted at a hospital for only 1 minute and the results were 10 and 8, is it normal? Now, do I have Aqueous deficiency dry eye or evaporative dry eye? If evaporative dry eye is there, then why doctor prescribed me with systane ultra eye drops because it is related with Aqueous deficiency dry eyes. And doctor also prescribed me with cyclotears ( cyclosporine) eye drops. Is there something wrong with my lacrimal glands? Because I am just 21 and I dont have any disease.

Immunosuppresants dose

Hi doctor this is regarding use of immunosuppresants medicines. I am currently taking immunosuppresants for alopecia universalis. The medicines which i am taking are betnesol forte 9 mg per week( pulse therapy) cyclosporine 50 mg per day, and MMF 1.5 g per day. I believe these immunosuppresants are used in kidney and liver transplants As well. So just wanted to know whether i can take these medicines at the same dose as mentioned for the rest of my life as without taking immunosuppresant my condition relapses. So is it safe to take these medicines at the dose mentioned as i believe for kidney transplant patents have to take these medicines at much higher dose for the rest of the life.

Psoriasis cure

I have just gone through the article and found below: Characterized by pustules or blisters of non-infectious pus, pustular psoriasis though not so common, is perhaps the most traumatizing of all forms of psoriasis. The pus in the blisters consists of white blood cells that aren’t infectious or contagious. Pustular psoriasis is generally found in adults and may be predominant in certain areas of the body such as the hands and feet. The common triggers for pustular psoriasis are pregnancy, emotional stress, certain medications, overexposure to UV light and other factors. Treatment Acitretin, cyclosporine, methotrexate, oral PUVA (the light-sensitizing drug psoralen plus ultraviolet light A) and TNF-alpha blockers, such as infliximab are the common means of treating pustular psoriasis. Will these medicines work ?

Dry eyes - New age treatments

I'm suffering from a severe case of dry eyes and computer vision syndrome since past 4-5 years. I've visited 3-4 opthalmologists in different cities but none have been able to offer any concrete solution other than the generic advice available on the internet. I use Zeiss blue light blocking glasses, eyedrops and lutein zeaxthanin supplements but lately the symptoms like red/scratchy/watery eyes and headaches are becoming frequent. I've read about some new treatments like Lipiflow, punctal plugs, IPL. Are these options safe and effective? What about cyclosporine? Any places in Delhi NCR you'd suggest for these treatments? (Please don't offer general advice like looking away from screens every 20 mins, massaging and doing eye exercises) Thank you

Eye tiredness and heaviness

Had lasik in 2016. 5 montha back, felt right eye irritation & light pain and right ear fullness and also felt weirdness from right eye to right ear and used systane ultra eye drops for 2 months and used ear medication. After using medication, ear pain got reduced but not eye pain & irritation. Again consulted doctor and used moistane eye drops and Cyclosporine Micromulsion Eye Drops 0.05% W/V Imudrops Singules for 2 months. After using that reduced eye pain & irritation. Recently heavy air went through ear, from then again started eye heaviness, uneasy, irritation and tiredness. And also feeling little weirdness in the ear. Using cotton to stop air going through ear. What to do now? Please suggest.
