What is the difference between Morr f 5% tm and morr f 5% r? As there are 2 kind of morr f available in the market.and there are videos by people on youtube claiming one of it is duplicate.

Feel chest pain in left side 2 or 3 times in a day from last 7days and heart rate 80+ shows, sleep 8hrs average,  not taken any other medicine. Please advise what kind of treatment required

After my orthodontic treatment for 3 years @ Coimbatore , I have been experiencing TMD . I have this problem and during and post ortho treatment .I cant spelI words out of my mouth easily ( Note: Already I am a stammerer and TMD aggravates the condition ). I cant chew hard foods. I have been dealing with lower jaw pain under ear and side of neck. No injuries prior to that. It's like burning and sore pain in the jaw under ear and neck. Been to multiple doctors and dentists. They said it's Myofascial pain dysfunction. I do have muscle tightness and stiffness.  I have 2 lump like spots in jaw under ear and neck. The lump in neck is pea like size and hard. It's the same from June'20 till now. No change in size. My physician ordered neck ultrasound and CT scan with contrast to check those.  My dentist tried various treatment. Extracted upper wisdom tooth and rct on lower molar(was suspecting root fracture in it and that could be reason) and nothing helped so far. Pain is constant and in the same spot. My dentist told me to check about Eagles Syndrome. He said it's a rare condition and wanted me to check with ent or OMFS. Taken neck CT scan to check those lumps. Normal results. Sir, i 've been suffering from indigetion,gas,acidity etc. since 2012. at the time of gas i also suffer palpitation and high blood pressure. i have taken PANTAB-DSR, UNIANZYME,SUCRALE ,LIVETONE,TENORMINE-25 ETC. FOR A LONG TIME. BUT I AME NOT CURE FROM IT . AND I HAVE ALSO FACING PREMATURE EJACULATION FOR LAST 6 MONTH. sir,please give me some solution for cure this disease.

I have constant sore and burning pain in the lower jaw under earlobe and neck for 11 months now. been to dentist and ent. have lump like spot on the neck which is hard to touch and small size. had ultrasound and CT scan. no abnormalities found. constant pain in jaw under ear and neck, under the jawline and inside the throat. it's like constant Burning, sore and achy. its like poking through the throat. hurts constantly. I got ct scan of neck and cbct scan of tmj. does it show any abnormalities in the Tmj? is my disc displaced? I hear clicking sound when I open the mouth. I also hear some grating sound in the lower jaw if I move my mouth side to side. constant burning and sore pain. feel like something poking in the throat,only on right side. able to swallow. OMFS said to do physical therapy.do I need to see tmj specialist and get splint? or Physical therapy alone will help? Currently on amitriptyline medicine for this pain. no changes in that constant pain under the ear, throat,neck.

I have chest pain from past month done ecg 2d echo and tmt which are normal.lipid profile is border line .not able to sleep headache and chest pain throughout day.currently under medication restyl .25 mg with that only sleeping.chest pain is not cured.please suggest
