I spotted 3 Days in Nov.23,24,25 then period came on Dec.1-5 spotted very little on the 6 of Dec. for like half day n haven’t bled since I’ve been having facial acne, cramping, N frequent urination n hungry at weee hr of the morning. My anus closes and i cant poop for days. My poop is mostly dark in color. Dont have normal poop, either too hard or too thin. And i feel pain and itching in upper right abdomen, just below ribs.
