I am 27 yr old, I have migraine since 2008. It gets worse when I m under any stress, either physical or mental. Recently I have been experiencing my bed shaking or vibrating when I lie down and close my eyes. Sometime it wakes me up from bed as if I will fall. It's like there a minor earthquake. Sometimes it's less, sometimes it's more Is it related to my migraine. It's more on days when I have headache. Also, I get terrible headache two days prior to my menses. Now I take only PCM when I get attack . I have been diagnosed with diabetes 6 months back with hba1c 7.3. taking metformin. What could be the reason for spinning and also help e about the pain during menses

My son is 9 months old. He has a small PMVSD. Latest echo report says it's a ventricular Covered with a septal tricuspid valve. So is it covered or not .. ? Is it a chance of closing on its own . Attaching the report also
