My daughter is 17 months running now. Weight 9.5. Still she is unable to walk without support. My baby become too weak due to recurring fever. Since last few months after suffering fever she doesn't want to eat anything. Fever stays 102°C. 3 times fever in last month. 1) 1st time after passing 3 days of fever Dr prescribed Syp augmentin duo. 2) As per Dr. advise all medical test are being done. All reports are normal. 2nd visit during fever Syp septran was prescribed. 3) since last night she again is suffering fever. Crocin DS is working for 4 hrs. I changed Dr. & She prescribed cepodem 50 I'm very worried. Please let me know is the antibiotics harmful for my baby

I had unprotected sexual intercourse and decided to take an ipill the next day after that I started experiencing burning sensation in my vagina and urination feeling every 5 mins so I used candid v gel and the burning sensation stopped for a day but after that again I started seeing blood clots in my urine and the burning sensation and then I consulted an online doctor on Practo and she gave me Cital syrup , urispas and cepodem after taking those medicines for 4 days the infection has slightly reduced but not completely gone and even the blood clots are still there what do I do ?

Sir, I am a banker I had a smoking history from 2008 to 2012 I left from then, recently I'm promoted and transferred to Eluru from Hyderabad. Since I joined there I am continuously getting throat infections. Last year too I had throat infection but when used monticope a and cepodem az that got cured. But a two months back I was at Hyd and when I returned back to Eluru there was drain block at my apartment, to clean that I used Bleaching powder, which had lot of effect since then I am facing throat infection and and sometimes chest pain. I went to an ENT doctor at Eluru he said there is no effect of smoking for sure it's due to water effect and your sensitivity towards refrigerated items. I am feeling ok but my question is , Will there be any effect of smoking even after I left it 5 years back and dat I was not a chain smoker???

Hi I am 26 years old I suffered with cold, running nose, sore throat I dint use any tablets I was cured but after 3 weeks again the same issue but this time I uses Cepodem 200 twice a day for a week but still I have nose block and sneezes when I inhale and slightly running nose I have a deviated nasal septum from childhood and to clear my nose blocks I use Nasivion 0.05 drops I am worried about this cold like symptoms what is the remedy for the nose congestion and for cold?

Hello I am experiencing cough with mucus for more than 6 days after a recent trip to Himachal. I have seen a physician n was given a course of medicine. I was diagnosed with allergic bronchitis nasal. I was given cepodem 200 , nurocort 8 mg twice n day n sinarest for three days almong with a syrup. Not much difference is observed so doc has continued only nurocort for another three days along with dilo m syrup . Please suggest what to do as this cough irritates me spl when I lie down or speak. Is the course of medicine fine? Or anything else can be done. Regards

I am having post nasal drip and also sometimes from lungs phelgm comes due to which i need to clear my throat. I have done two courses of antibiotics, ceftum and cepodem. (Prescribed by the ENt) But it's still there. So, for safety I wanted to do a culture test. So, which one would be better and quick? 1. Sputum culture 2. Throat swab? Please guide me, as I am leaving India in 2 days and I need to get rid of this problem with appropriate medicines. My bloodwork is normal. I had a immigration TB test, xray chest, it was negative. Sugar is normal.

Hello Experts! I m suffering from throat pain from a month. Initially, I was suffering from dengue and all things got better in first 10 days, then after 5 days, pain in throat started again. I consulted doctor and he had prescribed me a pain relief medicine, stomach acid relief medicine and azithromycin for 5 days and I got proper relief. Then after 5 days, pain started again and i consulted other doctor and she prescribed me pain relief medicine, stomach acid relief medicine and cepodem medicine for 5 days and got a proper relief. Now again after 2 days of medication, my throat is again paining while swallowing saliva, food or water. What should I do now?

My child of 7 yrs and weight 38 kgs having fever for last two days. It's coming in every 4-5 hrs and around 101-102 for. He also having vomiting tendencies. He has been prescribed with cepodem dt 100 1.5 tab twice a day , ondem 7 ml sos, relent+ 6 ml twice a day ,  p250( 10ml) sos.                                     Please suggest correct composition in form of tablets for all above referred syrups since my son is not accepting the syrups. My 3.5 year old daughter breaths through mouth for more than 2 years. While we consulted ENT doctor he has told that the air veins are blocked and asked to give cepodem, delcan, aerodil syrups & nebulisation for 5 days. After these medication, she is freely breathing but still through mouth. After that he checked & told some noise he is hearing & asked us to get nose X ray and it is showing as adenoid hypertrophy. After checking X ray film, he told that, she is suffering from Grade 4 adenoid hypertrophy & advising to go for "Endoscopic debrider adenoidectomy". Requesting to provide your opinions on above whether we need to go for it or not and will there be any side effects. Can it be cured by only medication? Is it advisable at age of 3.5 years?

My wife has been having severe headache and body pains for the past 4 days. Ache started towards the back of her head, but has now spread all across. Her head feels very heavy, and she's not been able to do basic activities. During this time she's had fever, with chills during the nights. There is no cold or sinus though. And there is no history either, i.e. she's never had such a pain before. We consulted a doctor 2 days back, and he recommended Dolo, Cepodem and steam. Unfortunately they've not been of much help, except that the fever subsides slightly after taking a Dolo. My wife is currently also feeding our baby (6 months old). Please recommend if there is any medicine safe enough during this lactation period which can help her with the headache. Or any other tip which can help soothe her pain.
