Hello sir/mam I am 16 , I have been facing problems of insomnia(they call it). I have the habit of sleeping at around 3am since a year . This year I have board exam . I am going through lot of stress.Also somedays I sleep in the evening such that I cannot sleep the whole night no matter how much I try. This is a hectic.as i have to go school in morning . Plz bless me with ur advice. No matter how much I try I can't change my schedule

I am 28 , I have so many marks and pimples on my face. I have small small heat bumps on my forehead and all over my face. 35 yr male. From past 2 days due to lot of stress and family problems, i have occasional chest pain. From past last night there was light continuous chest pain. Today due to some stress, there is intense pain in chest middle. Also the lower part of stomach pained last night for a while during problems. Then disappeared. Hi, I have been experiencing irregular periods since 2020 and realised that I have been affected with minor pcod symptoms. Later on I neglected and still facing with the same and heavy lower back pain which is unbearable. Also symptoms of hairloss, excess weight gain, can anyone help me with this.

Since last 29 years foot burnings  admitted  in hospital and discharged with diagnose of Lower track infection and  internal  prostate enlargement causes insomnia, foot,  palm head, n eye burning constant persists  .No proper diagnosis and remedy advised.
