Hello doc, I have been having hairloss since two months . I have got my blood work done for thyroid, iron ,b12 everything came out clear. so I started using minoxidil since 4 months but it didn't stop hair loss . I recently met a dermatologist who suggested using Bioexidil capixyl . My doubt is that if stop using minoxidil all of sudden and start capixyl does that cause excess shedding ,stopping minoxidil has side effects?? Kindly reply

Had TVS scan to confirm pregnancy and viability. Thereafter started spotting and consumed Dr. Again. Prescribed Duphaston 10mg and an injection Gemstone 50mg IM. Still bleeding continuously as clot and spots. Dr did an endoscopy saying sac is intact. Yet recommend scan LUGS to confirm and find reason of bleeding

Hi I am 31 years old female. My weight is 78 kg. I do not have any child. In march I was diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy. I was given 3 methotrexate shots and after a month my hcg level reached below 5. I waite d for three menustral cycles and now I want to concieve again but I am afraid of again having ectopic pregnancy. I consulted with my doctor she says that we cannot do anything to prevent ectopic pregnancy. She says next time normal pregnancy bhi ho sakti hai or normal bhi , hum kuch nahi kar sakte. I also have mild pcos symptoms and my pp insulin is 130. What should I do ? I don't want to go through ectopic pregnancy again.
