My mom is taking duopil1/500 bd tablet with breakfast. She should take it with food or she can take it on empty stomach as well? And temlisatan 40 mg for bp. This tablet should be taken with meal or without meal?

I had high BP 130/95. The doctor recommended Norma Vedic capsule every morning. I took the last  5 months. Lost Monday Dr checked my BP it's so so 120/80. Advised to stop tablet. Now my BP is 110/ 70 Actually I don't know the reason
