I m 37 and mild bulge and mild intentation in space in C56 and C67. tingling in right hand while long working on PC. neck pain since two yr and shoulder since 4 months. always struggling to adjust head position to get comfort but no success. uneasy to sleep on bed. comter related job.D3 lower thn normal and B12 near low(250). D3 inje and 1 mn calci

Hi You are suffering from cervical spondylosis with trepezities due to your work. As soon as possible start physiotherapy exercise for that specially  stretching exercises and strengthening exercises for particular that muscle
