Mild disc bulge
I have a mild disc bulge with no significant never root compression and I also have cold and flu ear infection now should I take the Deflazacort 12 my given to me by doctor?

If there is no significant nerve root compression and symptoms are mild, then avood taking steroids.
Next Steps
You can just take analgesic with muscle relaxant   calcium and vitamin d supplement,  hot fomentation, analgesic ointment for pain relief can be applied..
