Hello doctor my son is 2 months old.. 2 weeks before he was admitted in hospital for high fever 103 degree with cold congestion in chest.. Xray was taken. They gave iV with antobiotic and nebulizer.. 4 days before his cold got worsen and he got his voice change.. so went to another pediatric he suggested few medicines.. I just want to know whether we these medicines are safe enough ADVENT COLDOVER ASTHAKIND P OMNACORTIL He said if not treated it may get worsen Attached is the discharge summary and latest prescription

My mom is a patient of severe MS and Rheumatic fever. Under medication of Ecosprin 75, ProlometXL 25, Fruselac and HCQS 200 and inj penidure LA 12 LAKH in three week. 3 days back  she got Malaria (P Vivax Positive) and low platelets. The local doc prescribed medicines as Platigain, lumet 80, monocef o Cv and paracetamol but didn't ask to stop ecosprin. Is it safe to take ecosprin inlow platelets count?

Have high fever, body pains, severe cold, dizziness, no vomitings. I did a typhoid test and got "O"-1:80 "H"-1:40 WIDAL POSITIVE. Are these results showing typhoid? If so, is this mild typhoid or proper typhoid. I just found out that i am 6 weeks pregnant. I am worrried about whether to use the medicines (Acomite, Taxim, P-650) that were prescibed by doctor, and thinking whether is has any impact to fetus. I am myopic and my eye sight is getting worst gradually, i am a little over weight 85 kgs with 5'11" height. i check my bp more often and it keeps getting around 145/90 and from last 2 days it got around 152/100 after which i took Rauwolfia Q prescribed by a local homeopath. Now, i checked my b/p and its 130/100, joints of my body are having minor pain and i m feeling weak, minor nausea all the time. In past, i got my lipids checked and my LDL was on a little higher side. I assume my vision is getting bad due to my bp problem so shall i keep taking this medicine ?

Hello my father faces some problem. .are .. Urge itching in urination, brown yellowis urine col, dizziness, fever, loss of appetite.. He go for checkup. Doctor says it is urine infection..so gave him some medication for 5 days. .after three days all problem will flush out. And he is normal..medicine are ( pyridium 100, nimegesic-p) and a heavy antibiotic. I dont remember the name...so after 5 day medi. Doct. Says discountinous treatment...now after 3 days problem start again. So he goes to doct. And doct gave same medication. And add one more. (Nitrobact 100) now all symtoms again flush out... ..so please tell what is the problem here.. find urine report attached.

Hi Sir, My brother is suffering from stomach TB and on medication of it from last 3 month. But no improvement we can see, In last 3 month 9kg weight decreased. Total 30kg weight he lost in 6 month. And another problem he is facing conjesion in small intestine. Due to that he is not able to eat properly but his stomach is full tight. 2 week back some doctor asked us to do the PET CT scan  and after that his health was totally degraded. Now he is not able to stand on his leg. Please suggest sir what we should do now. I am having lower back pain for the past 3 days which doesnt go for any tablet( dolonex,zerodol p) or ointments such as volini, tiger balm etc. The pain is constant. I even had dynapar aq injection yesterday. It didnt go even after that. I am already under treatment for neck and shoulder pain and undergoing traction for neck and lower back. The pain at the shoulder and neck is ok now but i got this never going back pain. Sometimes i feel like its gastric pain as i feel the pain increasing when i eat. Can anyone suggest some remedy

Dear doctor my 7 months child started with mild running nose and cough developed in four days . Paediatrician prescribed phenergan 2.5 ml thrice. Then he developed fever with cough and wheeze like sound. He added levolin and p-120. He told it's starting point of wheeze due to allergy and told to continue medications for a week. My baby's cough seems to continue but wheeze like sound when he cries comes. What to do doctor. Will he be cured . Any medication to be added?

I recently had a lower back pain for which I was diagnosed with vitamin d3 severe deficiency and mild straightening of lumbar curve and an increased esr. I have been doing exercises and I am on medication as well. I wore full sleeves exclusively. Could this be a reason for this? How do I make sure i am ok? Physiotherapy helps but i feel weakness in lower back and mild pain. The pain increases when I sit while the weakness subsides. What possibilities am i looking at? Help me explain what should i be doing. P. S- I dont feel numbness or anything in my legs.

After exposing to HIT for getting rid of cocroaches for nearly 2 months , I became allergic to HIT spray . Body started smelling like HIT spray & rashes appeared on the body with itching . Blood test proved normal . Our GP prescribed Medrol 4 mg & Allegra 120 mg . Rashes have started disappearing .The medicines I started taking Medrol from 20/8 & Allegra from 24/8. But still the smell of Hit on the body not completely gone . Steroid medicine ends today & Allegra (1 t p/d) ends on Monday .
