Hello, my father,62 id diagnosed with colon cancer where there is 2cm wide and 7cm long tumor in the colon 17cm from anal exit. Chemo(capegard500 three tablets twice daily) and radiation is under progress since 2 weeks. Doctors have given tramazac p for body pain but patient is having more pain in the anus since he is going to pass stool again and again. Doctor prescribed Smuth ointment but that also is not helping pain in the anus. Is there anything else that we need to do?

My neurologist asked me to go for brain MRI (P+C) as I was facing left side headache and numbness only around left eye. Left eye is also paining and causing blurry vision. I fell from my bike 15 days ago and the handle of my bike hit on my upper left chest part. Pain started after 2 day's. I took OTC Zerodol P for 4 day's. I didn't experience pain when I was taking the pills. But now it pains when I touch my chest with my fingers and also pain radiates till upper back. No other symptoms. It pains when I roll from right to left while sleeping. Sometimes when I move in sitting position. Kindly advise.

Hi, I have painful day 1 on my periods and therefore I take DAN-P once the period starts. However, its effect lasts only for a few hours and the pain is back. Can I take two on my first day to control the pain? Are there any side effects or impact on fertility? It's technically impossible for me to stand on my legs with this kind of pain. My cycle is of 33 days and my one cycle lasts for 2-3 days with moderate flow.

Hello dr My dad aged 52yrs is hypothyroidism,dm ( under treatment and under control) he is cardiac pt too in 2d echo there is 44% ejection fraction a/p ptca rwma + Lad territory moderate lv dysfunction grade 1 diastolic dysfunction + ...he is under medication for the above problem and now he don't have any symptoms of sob and chest pain can he covid vaccine ?? My niece is having fever and her legs are in full pain,  actually she went with me to a hill and she walk with me at least 4 km and the same day at evening she was having fever and pain in legs next day I took her to pediatrician and he advised syrup.. - cetzet - 1 time a day - kidgo 250 - 3 times a day - meftal p - 2 times a day. Her fever is going and coming her body is heating up more  in night... What to do any suggestion..?

I donated blood. My hemoglobin level increase to 18.6 from 18.2 in just few days. My BP is 150/89 and P = 87. I am worried about my blood platelets count. I studied online it should be in between 11-16gm/dL. I am not a drinker/smoker. I usually take soft-drinks. Other than that i am healthy guy (according to height/weight ratio). Please do tell am i normal? If not please suggest me what i can do to decrease the count.

My son having high fever every month without any reason. But no other symptoms like cough cold etc. Temperature raise 103° n 104° but after 4 daya its start reduce n them clear it all.
