Pain in anus due to colon cancer
Hello, my father,62 id diagnosed with colon cancer where there is 2cm wide and 7cm long tumor in the colon 17cm from anal exit. Chemo(capegard500 three tablets twice daily) and radiation is under progress since 2 weeks. Doctors have given tramazac p for body pain but patient is having more pain in the anus since he is going to pass stool again and again. Doctor prescribed Smuth ointment but that also is not helping pain in the anus. Is there anything else that we need to do?

Try lignocaine jelly to be applied locally before and after passing stools. Increase tramadol 50 mg to three times a day Add Tab Combiflam if his kidney function is ok and is not having gastric symptoms. But before adding it consult your oncologist
